Oyster mushroom ( 300g ) | Chinese cabbage ( 50g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) |

| Salt ( a little ) | Wolfberry ( a little ) |

1. Wash and prepare the oyster mushrooms and Chinese cabbage, drained and set aside

2. Prepare chopped green onion, minced garlic and oyster sauce

3. Boil water in a pot, add a little oil and salt

Tips
Blanching oyster mushrooms can remove the fishy smell and make them more tender after frying.
