Tofu ( 300g ) | Xiangchou Soybean Paste ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Water starch ( a little ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Scallions ( A little ) | Oyster sauce ( A little ) |
How to make sauce-flavored tofu

1. Dice the tofu, mince green onion, minced garlic, and soybean paste and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in the wok, sauté the garlic, and add a little soybean paste.Fry out the sauce aroma.

3. Add tofu and stir-fry slightly.

4.Put in appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

5.Add boiling water to be even with the tofu, add a little salt and chicken essence.

6.Bring the tofu thoroughly.
