How to make stir-fried cowpeas

1.Cut the cowpeas into sections (not too long)

2. Cut the garlic into pieces slice

3. Add oil to the pot, heat the oil to 70% and add the cowpeas

4.Pour the oil until small bubbles form on the outside of the cowpeas, remove from the pan and drain the oil

Tips
You can also blanch the cowpeas directly and put a little oil in the water, so that the color of the cowpeas will be brighter! I personally prefer over-oiled cowpeas, as over-oiled cowpeas have less green and astringent taste! ! !
