How to make homemade nutritious sandwiches
1.Prepare all the ingredients (I forgot to take a picture of the bread here)

2. Fry the eggs first and poke the yolks during the frying process so that children can easily eat them without swallowing the yolks (fry them and put them aside on a plate)

3.Fry the ham slices until both sides are golden brown and then set aside
4. Grate half a carrot into shreds and stir-fry until cooked.You can add an appropriate amount of salt here

5.Prepare slices of bread and sandwich the prepared ingredients in the middle of the bread.(The sauce can be spread on the slices of bread)
Tips
One child is usually enough to eat.I made it for three people.If you like hot bread, you can place the bread slices on the side of the pan to heat while frying the eggs.You can choose peanut butter and ketchup according to your personal preference.I like to add peanut butter because it is delicious
