How to make cold noodles with shredded chicken
1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.
2. Wash the chicken breasts and put them into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine and pepper , one piece of star anise, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
