Handmade noodles ( 3 taels ) | Green onions (one) |

How to make noodles with scallion oil

1.Prepare ingredients

2. Add hot water to the pot and cook the noodles.Remove and set aside.

3.Cut the green onion into sections and cut the green onion leaves into minced pieces

4. Prepare a small bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rock sugar and water to make the sauce.

5. Heat oil in the pot, add green onions first, fry them until fragrant and then add green onion leaves

6. Add the prepared sauce and reduce the heat to low.

7. Slowly simmer until the oil and sauce merge and large bubbles appear.

8. Pour onto the cooked noodles and stir evenly.
