How to make cold noodles

1.I made the noodles myself.Boil the noodles in cold water and take them out for later use

Tips
I can’t eat spicy food recently because I get angry, so I like to add shredded green pepper, also in the noodles You can add a little bean paste or some sugar, depending on your personal taste
