Ingredients
Bean sprouts ( 100g ) | Gluten ( piece ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Dried chili pepper ( A little ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( A little ) |
Sesame oil ( A few drops ) | Vinegar ( a little ) |
Garlic ( 1 clove ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
chopped green onion ( a little ) | millet pepper ( one ) |
How to mix bean sprouts with gluten

1. Wash the bean sprouts, blanch them in boiling water until cooked.Remove and set aside

2.Cut gluten into small pieces

3. Mince the ginger and slice the garlic

4.Put dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, remove the residue and cook until hot
5.Pour the hot oil on the ginger and garlic

6.Add salt, sesame oil and vinegar, stir evenly
