How to make glutinous rice dumplings

1.Materials: glutinous rice flour, fermented glutinous rice, white sugar, water.

2. Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

3.Use the boiling time to add water to the glutinous rice flour.
Note: Use chopsticks to stir evenly while pouring water, then knead it into a dough, and knead for another minute.Do not knead it too hard.Then divide it into small portions and rub it in a little bit.It doesn’t need to be too round.
4. Boil the water and cook the glutinous rice balls over medium heat.

Tips
1.If you like it cold, cook it and let it cool before putting it in the refrigerator The effect will be better if you refrigerate it for a while.I don’t like it too hot.I should be sweating profusely after eating it.
2.Increase or decrease the sugar according to personal taste.You don’t need to add too much, because the glutinous rice wine itself is quite sweet.It’s hot in summer, and eating too sweet will inevitably make your mouth dry and tasteless.
