Ingredients
Pumpkin ( piece ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 200g ) |
Cooked black sesame seeds ( 60g ) | White sugar ( 30 grams ) |
Butter ( 60 grams ) |
How to make pumpkin dumplings
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

3.Put it into a steamer and steam until cooked.

4.Put black sesame seeds into a cooking cup.

5.Add sugar again.

6. Beat into fine black sesame powder.

7.Put the butter into the milk pot and slowly heat it over low heat until it melts.

8. Pour into the black sesame sugar powder.

9. Stir evenly and refrigerate until solidified.

10. Roll into balls of about 10 grams each and set aside.

11.Press the steamed pumpkin into puree with a grinder.

12. Add glutinous rice flour and mix well.

13. Knead into a smooth and non-sticky dough.

14. Roll the dough into a long strip and divide it into small portions of about 25 grams.

15.Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it.

17. Then close and round.

18. Add water to the pot.After boiling, add the wrapped glutinous rice balls.

19.Cook until the dumplings float on the water.

20. Take it out and eat.
Tips
The weather is hot now, so the rolled black sesame balls should be put back in the refrigerator to avoid melting.
