Yuba ( 100g ) | |
Millet pepper ( Two pcs ) | Scallions ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic slices ( appropriate amount ) | |
Salad oil ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
How to stir-fry celery and yuba

1. Prepare the yuba.

2.Cut celery into diamond-shaped segments.

3. Prepare chopped green onion and millet pepper.

4. Ginger and garlic slices.

5.Add salt to the water

6.Salad oil.

7. Blanch the celery for one minute, remove and set aside.

8. Blanch the yuba for five minutes, remove and set aside.

9. Heat the pot and add salad oil.

10. Saute onion, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper.

11.Pour in the celery and yuba.

12.Add light soy sauce

13.Oyster Sauce

14. Just the right amount of salt.

15. Quickly stir-fry and remove from the pan and serve.
