Water-milled glutinous rice flour ( 1 catty ) | Hot water ( appropriate amount ) |
Black sesame seeds ( 150g ) | White sesame seeds ( 150g ) |
Lard ( 30g ) | Honey ( 30g ) |
How to make sesame glutinous rice balls

1. Add hot water to the glutinous rice flour, knead it into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes
2.Put black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds into the pot at a ratio of 1:1, stir-fry over low heat
3.I don’t have a grinder, so I can only grind it into pieces

4.Add lard and honey and stir evenly

5.Put it in a fresh-keeping bag Refrigerate

6.Take out the sesame seeds and form them into small balls

8.Press the sesame balls with your hands

9. Slowly close the mouth, as shown in the picture

10. Wrap the glutinous rice balls and roll them with a layer of glutinous rice flour.

11.Put hot water in the pot, add glutinous rice balls, and have a cooked one

7.Cut the glutinous rice balls into small pieces
