Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 400g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 350g ) |
Sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame (appropriate amount) |
How to make pumpkin dumplings

1.Peel the pumpkin and slice it into slices.Put it in a pot and steam it.Steam for about 15 minutes

2.Mash into puree.

3.Add glutinous rice flour.

4.Soft into a ball.smooth.

5.Weigh it well.About five grams each without packaging.I made two kinds

6.Pack sesame seeds, about ten grams each.(Sesame seeds need to be ground to make them more delicious.I don’t have a grinder, so I just wrap them directly.)

7.Put it softly on the refrigerator tray.Ice for an hour.Pack it in a bag so you can take it out for cooking next time.

8.Pour in some rock sugar.When the water boils, pour the glutinous rice balls.

9. If it floats on top, it is cooked.Cook for about five minutes.

10.Out of the pot.
