Ingredients
Beans ( 250g ) | Shredded beef ( 100g span> ) |
Chopped green onion ( 5 grams ) | Grated ginger ( 5 grams ) |
Soy sauce ( 5ml ) | |
Salt ( 1 gram ) | Aniseed ( 1 piece ) |
Small peppers ( 2 pieces ) | Cooking oil ( 20ml ) |
Sesame oil ( 2 to 3 drops ) |

1.Prepare the ingredients, shred the beef, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

2.Remove gluten, pick and wash the green beans, and prepare salt, soy sauce and sesame oil

3.Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add aniseed and small chili peppers and saute until fragrant

4.Then Add chopped green onion, minced ginger and shredded beef and stir-fry the diced beans

5.Put the beans in the bottom

6. Add a little soy sauce when the beans change color

7. Then add some warm water, cover and simmer for a while

8.The stewed soup will be reduced

9.Join Stir-fry the minced garlic for a few minutes, and add a few drops of sesame oil before removing it from the pan.

Purchase green beans that are free from insects and spots.The simmering time should not be too long.Eat the beans when they are fully cooked to prevent undercooking poisoning
