Dried vermicelli ( 150g ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Cucumber ( 1 root ) | Sesame oil ( 15 grams ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Sugar ( 2 grams ) |
Vinegar ( 5g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Clean water ( appropriate amount ) | Warm water ( appropriate amount ) |
Ice water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cold vermicelli

1.Put the vermicelli in warm water and rinse thoroughly

2.Soak and clean Vermicelli, cut into sections
