How to make shrimp wontons

1.Peel half of the fresh shrimps, remove the black lines, chop the other half, wash and set aside

2.Mix minced meat and fresh shrimp, add minced ginger, salt, light soy rice wine and marinate for fifteen minutes

3.Put the meat stuffing inside and fold the wonton wrappers
