Dried black fungus ( A small handful ) | Cilantro ( A handful ) |
red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( One teaspoon ) |
White sesame seeds ( A little ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
Ginger ( Two pieces ) | Vinegar ( One teaspoon ) |
How to make cold black fungus

1.Soak the dried fungus in water for half an hour

2.Wash the coriander, red pepper and garlic

3.Chili pepper , chop the garlic finely, cut the coriander into two pieces

4. Put the black fungus in the pot and cook for five minutes.Take out and cut into slightly fine pieces

5.Pour light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and vinegar into the bowl

6. Heat oil in the pot and sauté garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant

7.Pour the hot oil and garlic into the mixing bowl
8.Put the fungus in and stir evenly, then serve on a plate and sprinkle some black sesame seeds
