Ingredients
Flour ( A bowl ) | Water ( half a bowl ) |

Soup: seaweed (appropriate amount) | Salt ( a small spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( Two drops ) | Cilantro ( A little ) |

How to make wontons

1. Stir the flour into water and form a fluffy consistency.

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. During this period, add a spoonful of oil to the meat filling, stir evenly, add an egg, a little soy sauce, and salt , white pepper, cooking wine and stir evenly.

4.Add chopped green onion, stir evenly and set aside.

5. Roll the dough into a thin sheet, round, and cut off the surrounding sides to form a square.

6.Cut it into long strips of equal size, and cut that strip into trapezoids.

7. As shown, wrap into wontons.

8. Just wrap everything up.

9.Put seaweed salt and sesame oil in a bowl.

10. After the wontons are cooked, put a spoonful of water in a bowl.

11. Just add wontons.If you have shrimps at home, you can add some coriander.
