Fresh meat wontons Recipe

1.First chop the lean meat into mince , add a little cooking wine, cornstarch, and salt and mix well.

2.Take the wonton wrapper and put a little meat filling on it.

3.Fold corner to corner.

4. Fold the lower right corner upward.

5. The lower left corner is also folded upward.

6.Complete in sequence.

7. Prepare nori, dried shrimps and chopped green onions.

8. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the wrapped wontons.

9. Cook until all floats, add seaweed, dried shrimps, chopped green onion, and season with salt.Remove from the pan.

Tips
The leather I bought is relatively dry.When wrapping, put some water around the meat filling so that it can stick together easily when folded in half.
