Ingredients
Lean meat ( A small piece ) | Tofu ( A small piece ) |
Chives ( A handful ) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
Soy sauce ( one spoon ) | Cooking oil ( one spoon ) |
Five-spice powder ( one spoon ) | White pepper ( one spoon ) |
How to make wonton siomai

1. Wash and chop the meat.

2. Chop the chives.

3.Add tofu, meat, and chives into all seasonings and stir evenly.

4.Put the filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper and stick it inside.

5.Place the wrapped wonton shaomai in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer again That would be great.

Tips
