How to make tomato and egg noodles

1.Prepare noodles, eggs and tomatoes

2.Go tomatoes Cut the skin into cubes and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces.

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well and set aside.

4. Heat the oil in the pot, add the egg liquid and fry until solidified, then add the tomatoes , stir-fry until tomato juice becomes available, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

5.After the water boils, add the noodles and stir with chopsticks to prevent adhesion

6.Cook the noodles, add salt, sesame oil, and stir evenly

7.Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
