How to make tofu and kelp alkaline noodles

1.Prepare ingredients

2. First make bone soup.Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, put the big bones, kelp and fungus in, and add a piece of green onion and a piece of ginger to remove the fishy smell.

3. Add oil to the pot and heat, add onions, garlic sprouts and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Tips
The alkaline noodles are about 70 to 80% ripe when you buy them.They can't be cooked for too long or they won't taste good.
