Ingredients
Noodles ( 500g ) | Four ( 200g ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Seasoning ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make delicious fried noodles

1. Crush the noodles with a small spoon and add the eggs

2. Stir clockwise and add in chopped chopped green onion (I used garlic sprouts to change the taste)

3. Stir again, add appropriate amount of water and Flour

4. Stir well, add salt and appropriate seasoning, and stir well

5. Preheat the electric pancake stall until it feels hot when you put it on your hand.Brush with a layer of oil

6.Pour in a spoonful of batter and spread evenly

7.When the steam can push it, turn it over and fry the other side

8. Fry until both sides are golden

9.Cut it, plate it, and eat!
Tips
1.Drain the water in the noodles in advance
2.Stir in one direction
3.This is my most common method.You can add sausages, vegetables and other ingredients according to your own taste
4.Water can be added according to personal preference.If you like it softer, add more water
