How to make spinach, egg and shrimp noodles

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Wash the spinach and soak it in water for 15 minutes.Rinse again.This is cleaner.

3.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat the oil to level 8

4. Start frying the poached eggs.Crack in the eggs and then reduce the heat to minimum and slowly fry the eggs into shape.
