How to make bacon braised rice

1.Clean the bacon and cut into small cubes for later use.

2. Rinse the peas and prepare the minced peppers.Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.Rinse the starch on the surface of the potatoes with running water and set aside.Wash the rice and set aside.

3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it to 7 layers.Add the potatoes and stir-fry for a while.

4. Serve out and set aside.

5. Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add bacon and stir-fry for a few times.

6. Add the potatoes and fry for a while.

7. Add the minced chili pepper and stir well.

8. Quickly add the peas and stir-fry a few times.

9. Add the rice to the pot and stir-fry for a while.

10.Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker and spread them flat.

11.Add appropriate amount of water and press the cooking button.

Tips
1.The bacon is salty, so I didn’t add any additional salt.2.The amount of water used to stew rice is less than the amount of water usually used for cooking rice.
