Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make sausage braised rice

1. Prepare materials: wash the materials and soak the mushrooms.

2. Slice the sausage, dice the carrots and mushrooms, and chop the green onions.

3. Heat oil in a pan, put the sausage into the pan and stir-fry until the white part becomes transparent.

4.Add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry for one minute.

Tips
