Rice ( for two people ) | Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Dried oysters, dried shrimps (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
| Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised rice

1. Wash dried oysters and dried shrimps twice with water and soak them in boiling water to remove the flavor

2. Slice the pork belly and wash the mushrooms Clean twice, soak in boiling water until shredded, shred the cabbage, wash the rice, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger

3.Soak the day lily, wash, remove the head and cut into sections

4.Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry pork belly
