How to make braised rice with chicken legs and potatoes

1.Pour the rice into the rice cooker, wash it twice and set aside.

2. Debone the chicken legs and cut into small pieces.

3. Slice ginger and garlic.

4. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.

5. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

6. Heat the pot and sauté the ginger, garlic and star anise over medium heat.

7. Then pour in the diced chicken legs.
