How to make pumpkin braised rice

1.Wash and cut the pumpkin

2.Cut the garlic, thin Meat, soak and dry the scallops

3.Cook a pot of rice

4.Stew garlic in oil
5.Add the meat and then the pumpkin, add salt, and fry the pumpkin until it is seven times ripe
