Ingredients
Rice ( 600g ) | Cooked sausage ( 120g ) |
Fresh porcini mushrooms ( 160g ) | Young peas ( 80g ) |

Sichuan - Recipe for braised sausage and porcini rice

1.Main ingredients.(Rice is in the next picture)

2. Sausage, carrot, beef liver Dice the mushrooms, wash the peas, and fluff the rice with chopsticks (if there is leftover rice in the refrigerator, you can heat it in the microwave for 1 minute).

3. Put carrots and peas into a small pot and add water and cook.

4. Remove and drain the water and set aside.

5. Heat the pan and add oil.

6. After the oil is hot, add the porcini mushrooms.

7. Stir-fry the porcini until the water comes out and add the sausage.

8.Pour in diced carrots and peas.

9.Add rice.

10.Continue to stir-fry evenly.

11. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes.(Generally, there is no need to add additional water, because porcini mushrooms produce more water.If they feel too dry, you can cook with less boiling water)

12. Add salt and stir well.
