How to make braised pork belly with rice

1. Cut beans into sections, potatoes and carrots into chunks.

2. Cut the pork belly into cubes.Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and stir-fry the diced meat.

3. Fry the diced meat until it is slightly yellow on all sides.Add in the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add beans and other vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

5. Add seasonings and stir-fry evenly as shown.

6. Add the water after washing the rice until it is slightly less than the usual stewed rice and put it into the core of the pot As shown in the picture.

7. Stir-fry the diced meat and vegetables evenly and pour them into the pot.

8.Flip slightly.

Tips
1.For pork belly, choose pork belly with more lean meat.
2.Vegetables can be added according to your preference, but it is best to choose root vegetables.
