Ingredients
Potatoes ( 1 ) | Chicken thigh ( 300g ) |
Rice ( 500g ) | Carrots and mushrooms ( Put in according to personal preference ) |

Soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Cooking wine ( 1 scoop ) |
How to make potato and chicken braised rice

1. Rice Soak 500g + appropriate amount of water (normal amount of water for steaming rice) and set aside for later use

2.Chicken Legs Cut meat into cubes + green onions + 2 spoons of soy sauce + 1 spoon of cooking wine, stir evenly and set aside

3.Hot a pan with cold oil and sauté garlic slices until fragrant

4.Add the chicken legs in turn, Look through it for a minute.Add the potatoes and stir-fry for a few times, then add salt to taste (because soy sauce has a salty taste, all salt should be appropriate, not too much)
