How to make Meatballs and Potatoes with Rice

1.Put rice, oatmeal, and millet into the rice cooker and clean them.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook the rice in the rice cooker.

3. Wash the vegetables and set aside.

4. Cut potatoes into strips and mushrooms into cubes.

5. Cut the red pepper into strips and set aside.Blanch broccoli in boiling water and set aside.

6. Add minced onion, ginger and appropriate amount of pepper to the meat filling.

7.Put an appropriate amount of oil and sesame oil into the meat filling, and stir evenly in the same direction , add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and salt and mix well.Add another egg, 20g each of flour and starch, mix well, and stir the meat filling until it is strong.

8. Insert the lotus root into the wire with a plug-in board, and then block the knife a few times.The flapper can be shredded.

9. Add the chopped lotus root to the meat filling and stir evenly.

10.All stirring is in the same direction and mixed well.

11.Put oil in the wok and prepare the fried meatballs.small fire.

12. Use the tiger’s mouth with your left hand to squeeze the meatballs, and use the spoon with your right hand to put the meatballs into the pan and fry them.to golden brown.

13. When the meatballs turn golden brown, drain the oil and take them out.

14.The meatballs are fried.The meatballs are now ready to eat, crisp but not greasy.

15.Put onion, ginger, dried chili and star anise into the oil pan.

16. Add potatoes, stir-fry mushrooms, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce , sugar, salt, cooking wine, add appropriate amount of water.

17.After boiling, add the meatballs, red pepper, and water starch to reduce the juice.Turn off the heat and pour some sesame oil.Adding sesame oil can make the dishes fragrant and brighten.

18. Serve with rice.
Tips
1.Make the meatballs and add lotus root or water chestnuts (not available) to increase the texture and make them delicious and not greasy.Increase crude fiber intake.
2 Add eggs, flour and starch to the meat filling to make the meatballs softer.
3 Use broccoli, red pepper, and shiitake mushrooms as side dishes to increase the color of the dish and make it more nutritious.
4 Add oats and millet to the rice to make the thickness more reasonable.
