Ingredients
Organic cauliflower ( 300g ) | Tomatoes ( 1 piece span> ) |
Flour ( a little ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) | Minced garlic ( a little ) |
MSG ( a little ) | Cooking oil ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry organic cauliflower with tomatoes

1.Cut the cauliflower into small florets, soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes, and then rinse with flour water Wash well, put into a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 3 minutes.

2. Remove and cool in water and drain.
