How to make pasta

1.Cooking noodles, this is done by putting them in cold water

3. Stir-fry, first stir-fry onions, when fragrant add carrots, ham, sausage, ginger, stir-fry for 6-7 seconds, add chili beef, add tomatoes and stir-fry, after the juice is released, add a little water to boil, add salt, mix well and add noodles...add black pepper juice before serving.Mix well.The beef should not be fried too old.It is a matter of personal preference.I like the beef to be fried with onions if it is older, and if I like the beef to be sour, add some tomato sauce
Tips
If there is no black pepper juice, use black pepper, ginger and garlic to saute until fragrant
