How to make spicy cold noodles

1. Prepare the following materials, cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds, boil carrots and mung bean sprouts in a separate pot and blanch them !

Tips
When making cold noodles, I think alkaline noodles taste better and should not be cooked too soft...
