How to make buckwheat rice balls

1. Such delicious rice balls are delicious and not fat.Suitable for eating at home or taking away!

2. Prepare all ingredients for later use.

3. Wash the buckwheat and glutinous rice and soak them for 3 hours, and soak the mushrooms for 1 hour and set aside.

4. Cut onions, scallion sausages and mushrooms into dices and set aside.
