How to stir-fry mung bean sprouts in vinegar

1. Soak the mung bean sprouts in salt water for 10 minutes and clean them.

2. Prepare seasonings: aged vinegar, white sugar, chicken essence, peanut oil, salt, garlic, dried chili pepper.

3. Cut the garlic into slices and the dried chilies into small pieces.

4. Take a small bowl and pour an appropriate amount of vinegar into it and set aside.

5. Heat the pot and pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil.

6.Add in the chopped dried chili peppers and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add a little sugar and stir-fry.

8. Pour in the prepared vinegar and sauté until fragrant.

9. Pour in the washed mung bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.

10. Fry the mung bean sprouts until they are raw and add a little salt.

11.Add a little starch paste water.

12.Finally add chicken essence and stir-fry.

13. Stir evenly and turn off the heat.
