Xiaotangcai ( 400g ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
Lard residue ( 20g ) | Oil ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Sugar ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry Xiaotang vegetables with lard residue

1. Prepare Shanghai greens and garlic.

2.A small portion of lard residue.

3. Remove the heads from the vegetables and wash them once or twice.

4.Wash the green vegetables and drain them.

5. Flatten and chop the garlic.

6. Heat oil in a pan, add lard residue and minced garlic and stir-fry fragrance.
