How to make purple sweet potato and banana cake

1. Prepare the ingredients, but I forgot to take the milk.

2.Wash, peel and slice the purple potatoes, put them into a steamer and steam them over high heat 20 minutes.

3. Peel the banana and add the eggs into a food processor, beat well and pour in a clean container.

7. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add flour and yeast water to the puree, and mix evenly.

8. Add diced cranberries to the mixed batter and stir evenly.

9. Brush a layer of oil into the mold to prevent it from sticking to the pan.(I used an 8-inch cake mold)

10.Pour the batter into the mold and spread it Flatten, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature for 2 hours.

11.The batter is fermented until it is 2.5 times its original size.

12.Tear off the plastic wrap and use washed raisins and cut jujube strips Decorate.

13. Add water to the steamer, add the steamed cake after the water boils, and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.Simmer for 5 minutes, take out and turn it upside down on the chopping board.When it is no longer hot to your hands, you can unmould it.

14.Cut a piece and try it, it is very fluffy!
