Ingredients
Pumpkin ( Half ) | Four ( Adequate amount ) |
Sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Candied dates (appropriate amount) |
Yeast ( 5g ) |

1.First wash the candied dates and put them in a blender, grind them into pieces and set aside

2. Crush the steamed pumpkin in a pot, add sugar while it's hot, stir the candied dates, add flour and yeast all at once

3.After all the ingredients are put in, start kneading and knead evenly.Take a clean basin and pour all the oil into it.Put the kneaded dough in the basin, cover it and let it ferment until it doubles in size
