How to make green pepper and potato shreds

1. Prepare ingredients, shred ginger and green onion.

2. After inserting the potatoes, wash them twice with clean water to remove the starch.Add a little white vinegar and soak for 10 minutes.

3. Remove and control the water.

4. Cut the green pepper into shreds and set aside.

5. Heat the pot and add salad oil.

6.Add in shredded green onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

7. Add shredded green pepper and stir-fry for one minute.

8.Pour in the shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly over high heat until cooked through.

9.Add salt, sugar and MSG and stir-fry evenly.

10. Remove from pan and plate.
