Flour ( 130g ) | Milk ( 70g ) |
Marshmallow ( 40g ) | Yeast ( 3g ) |
Rose ( 3 grams ) |
How to make rose cake

1. Heat the milk to 35 degrees, add marshmallow and stir until melted.

2. Add yeast to the milk liquid, stir well and wait for 2 minutes.

3.Add flour and mix well.

4. Add edible rose petals to the batter and mix well.

5. Pour the batter into a container, sprinkle some rose petals, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1 hour to 2 taels.twice as big.

6. Steam the fermented dough in a steamer for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes and uncover.
