How to make Big Mac hamburger

1.Soak the pork and beef in water for 1 hour and drain the water

2. Cut into small pieces

3.Cut the pork into small pieces

4.Use a food processor to puree the meat and mix

5.Add sugar, salt, black pepper, corn starch, oyster sauce and cooking wine, then rub and massage with your hands

6. Divide into 4 equal portions and spread into patties
