Ingredients
Lotus root ( 1 section ) | Large white radish ( Half about 300 grams ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( 10 grams ) |
Oyster sauce ( 15g ) | Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
| Salt ( 2 grams ) | Pepper ( 1g ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for stewed radish with lotus root

1.Wash the radish, scrape off the skin with a kitchen knife, and cut into small pieces for later use.

2.Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into larger cubes and set aside

3.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the salt required for all ingredients, add the white radish, and stir-fry until it changes color

7.Add appropriate amount of water, oyster sauce and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat
