Flour ( 500g ) | Black sesame seeds (pulverized) ( appropriate amount ) |

1. Add appropriate amount of water to flour and knead the yeast well.

2. Just put it in the yogurt machine for about an hour.

3. Take it out to drive away the bubbles and let it ferment for about 20 minutes.

4.Use a rolling pin to roll into large pieces.

5.Spread sesame powder evenly on top

6.Roll up

7.Vol.Good looking

8.Cut into the size you want

9.Take a chopstick and press it down from the middle of the dough.

10. Just let it rise for about 10 minutes and steam it for 15 minutes.

11.See if it is tempting.
Tips
You can also add sugar to the sesame powder.I personally like it to be salty and delicious.
