Ingredients
Celery ( 300 grams ) | Garlic ( Adequate amount span> ) |
Oil ( 10 grams ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
How to stir-fry celery with minced garlic

1.Pick and wash garlic and celery.

2. Cut the celery into sections of about two centimeters with a knife.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Add celery and stir-fry over high heat.

5. When it is almost cooked, add salt and chicken essence to taste.

6. Remove from pot and plate.
