Carrots (One) | Eggs (2 ) |
Enoki mushrooms ( Moderate amount ) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Taste Very fresh soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make vegetarian spring rolls

1.Preparation: bean sprouts , wash leeks, enoki mushrooms and carrots.

2. Beat 2 eggs into egg liquid.

3.Pour oil into the pot and heat

4. Pour in egg liquid and spread into egg pancakes.

5. Cool the egg pancake and cut into shreds.

6. Cut leeks and enoki mushrooms into sections, shred carrots and shred egg pancakes.

7. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

8.Add bean sprouts and stir-fry.

9.Add carrot shreds and stir-fry.

10.Add the leek segments.

11. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to taste.

12. Finally, add shredded eggs, stir-fry and serve.
