How to stir-fry rapeseed with mushrooms

1.Soak the rapeseed and mushrooms in light salt water for a few minutes.

2. Cut off the hard roots of the mushrooms and slightly modify them with a knife.

3. Break off the rapeseed pieces one by one and wash away the sediment.

4. Heat the oil in the wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the mushrooms.
