Rice noodles ( appropriate amount ) | Tofu skin (half sheet) |

How to make spicy and sour rice noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients: rice noodles, tofu skin, vegetables, beans Dry sauce.

2. Break open the vegetables, wash them with water, shred the tofu skin and put it on a plate spare.

3. Add cold water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook the rice noodles in the water.Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

4. Blanch the tofu skin and vegetables in boiling water for two minutes and put them into a bowl.

5.Put some soup into a bowl, add dried bean paste, white vinegar, chili oil, and salt , chicken essence, spicy powder, stir well and serve.

Tips
Rice noodles can be soaked in water in advance to make them easier to cook.
